Firstly I would like to sincerely appreciate this innovative product and the thought process which has gone into building this awesome machine. We were eagerly waiting for roll out of this product in USA and not to mention the curiosity to know the price. We were hoping for a competitive price but the launch price of $599 seems to be really high. Especially a huge tag of $1,000 without tax & shipping really makes us think a lot and has literally killed the eagerness to go for it. Great products have seen their exits when pricing is not right. Given the fact that electronics product life is short with no great resale value and not knowing post sale service quality, made us rethink our decision. Again this is just a thought from our (My Family) end and its debatable. No offense meant to the rotimatic organization or its fans 🙂 Just sharing a sincere alternative thought of a customer 🙂

The product launch in India will take time. They would create money outside India first make a.base for them financially and In turn which may help them to launch it in India.B ecause India is a totally different story a more than a mill ion ready to put orders and they have to see of a very competitive pricing and once it is in market then it will not take m uch time for similar products to enter the matter (copy cats). So I request rotimatic to give a reasonable pricing in India and consequently a million plus orders. If the prices are kept high then good luck to u other copycats will soon catch up with u and will give a run for the money. So rotimatic pls give a.reasonable price and make.most of ur sales upright.

All good, this product is getting shipped since last 2 year starting fromSingapore. I am also hearing ( source: Rotimatic site) that this has high demand and it has all order till 2016. To me it all look like marketing hype and publicity to sell this product, till date I could not found any user review for this product on any general review site. price $999, too high to buy, that why all this marketing hype to make this product so rare. We don’t know from any real user how this product quality is, I even doubt if there are any user for this product or even if they have , they did not have good experience with the product.
Even its available in my country, I am not going to buy this product, I will wait Philipse, Bosch, Siemens or any branded company to manufacture rotimatic and I will buy from only branded company only and not from Rotimatic.
Beware this is all market hype, don’t get in trap, $999 is not worth spend on it.

Hello, I just want to know whether this rotimatic works only for wheat flour, or even for rice flour ? Because many people prefer rice roti than wheat roti who would follow gluten free diet. If Rotomatic works on both wheat flour and rice flour, it is fantastic. Hope to get the clarification soon please.

I have been gifted a Rotimatic machine on my wife’s birthday by my Son in law in Singapore.
Unfortunately the machine after working for three days stopped functioning. Your staff through Wi-Fi detected the fault as the main switch on the machine. The machine is well within the gareentee period. PLEASE can you kindly help me if there is any one in my city ,Pune (Maharashtra) India.who may be able to rectify the fault. It is next to impossible to shift the machine to Singapore for it to be replaced,as suggested by your service team. Please try to help me.
