0CSEdWeek.org (Computer science education week) is a premier organization arranging various events to demystify “code” and to show that anyone can learn how to code in simple way. CSEdWeek 2013 is one of many event organized by CSEdWeek.org in recognition of the birthday of computing pioneer Admiral Grace Murray Hopper (December 9, 1906). The event is funded by Code.org and anyone who wants to be part of this event can contribute in different way explained at CSEdWeek 2013 event website.

Code.org is launching the Hour of Code event as part of the annual Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek): December 9th to 15th, 2013. This is a massive campaign to get 10 million students of all ages (and adults) to participate in the Hour of Code from around 164 countries.
What is the Hour of Code?
The Hour of Code is an activity for everybody in which includes an hour of introduction of Computer Science technology. It will give you an idea about “coding” and will explain you that it is very easy to learn how to code and become expert in it. It will also help you to understand how students can use their minds in a creative manner. Students can also learn the basics of how to become a maker, a creator, and an innovator in coding.
Code.org will provide you variety of self guided tutorials that anybody can access on their browser, tablet, or Smartphone.

Our world is surrounded by technology, information, commerce, communication, and entertainment. Today all these things are rely on computers, mobile and tablets. The Hour of Code campaign is all about how to learn computer science, especially coding. This campaign will help students to understand basics of computers, and also give idea how to create software, apps and website.
